• Free compatibility score calculations
• Paid detailed compatibility reports
• Guna Milan (Ashtakoot) analysis
• Mangal Dosha assessment
• Personalized recommendations and remedies

Our Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While based on traditional Vedic astrology principles practiced for thousands of years, our analyses should not be considered as professional advice for major life decisions.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Current prices for our paid Services are displayed on our website. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid reports. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Free Services: Free compatibility scores are provided at no charge and carry no refund rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Kundali Match or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use
• Share your personal compatibility reports with individuals included in the analysis

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KUNDALI MATCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kundali Match and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

You agree not to use our Services:

• To harass, abuse, or harm another person

Before filing a claim against Kundali Match, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@kundalimatch.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations within 30 days.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kundali Match regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
